Each hotel room features 2 queen size beds, a mini fridge, mini microwave & coffee pot. Rates include: Continental Breakfast daily, your own 6 ft. table for cropping, door prizes, grand prize, snacks & chocolates, access to all hotel amenities, wi-fi, hotel accommodations and hotel fees & taxes. Scrappin’ starts at 8am daily. Space is limited to 35 Scrappers so be sure to reserve your spot early. Creative Memories product supplies as well as themed one of a kind are available for purchase. FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE RETREAT YOU ARE ATTENDING.
IF YOU SHOULD CANCEL AFTER THAT DATE, A REFUND WILL ONLY BE GIVEN IF SOMEONE FROM
THE WAITING LIST IS ABLE TO TAKE YOUR SPOT OR YOU FIND A REPLACEMENT. THEY MUST
PAY YOU DIRECTLY. THE $50.00 DEPOSIT IS STILL NON-REFUNDABLE.
THERE IS A 10 DAY GRACE PERIOD WITH A FEE OF $25.00 IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED
BY THE 11th DAY THEN YOUR PAYMENT IS LATE AND YOUR SPOT WILL BE FORFEITED. NO
MONEY WILL BE RETURNED.
Early Bird deadline is 60 days prior to retreat & final payment is due 30 days prior to the retreat.
